Having retired from the Engineering profession after forty years I've experienced a lot of work performed by contractors.  I have to say that Assurance rates up there with the best contractors I have ever worked with. The re-flashing of my 45 year old leaking chimney was done promptly and expertly.(it doesn't leak now) The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. The job was cleaned up so well that one could hardly know that any work had been done. It was a pleasure to work with a professional who does what he says he's going to do and shows up on the job when he says he's going to.
I believe the best recommendation I can put forward is that Assurance will be the first to  be considered for my next project.

We bought an older home. The roof had been replaced around 2 years before we bought it. After our purchase (of ‘as is’) we noticed that when it rained the upstairs bedroom wall, that was along the chimney, leaked water down the rooms wall. We called a chimney professional. He came. He took a ladder up but did not go on our roof and checked it out. His estimate was very pricey and his ideas did not seem to make sense. So we called a roof expert for his proposal. That was Mark at Assurance Roofing. He went unto the roof for about 15-20 minutes. He came down with pictures and ideas what he thought might be the reason for the leaking. Long story short, his estimate was half the price and it worked. We feel he is honest and reasonable. Glad we used him.

I had a great experience with Assurance, and especially with Mark Cox. He explained everything up front and did the work quickly and with excellence. I will use Mark again!

After an exhaustive process of obtaining quotes for chimney crown repair work and roof replacement, I opted to go with Assurance. Mark was outstanding in his willingness to share information, educate, and offer solutions to getting the job done in an efficient and pleasing manner. 
I work with contractors on a regular basis, and I can say from experience that Mark pays attention to details. I liked the fact that Assurance was able to do both the chimney repair and the roof. 
I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality work for an extremely reasonable price. I will certainly call them for any future work.

Owner Mark was a pleasure to work with. Knows his stuff and is 100% hands on for all work. We had some rather involved roof leakage issues that had been worked on by several other roofers with good reputations but without success. Mark was the only one that was able to solve the problem. We highly recommend Assurance and would use again without hesitation.
