This review is just to describe my experience in dealing with this company.  Unfortunately, they did not do any work for me, although I did try and wanted them to.   

The Good:
I contacted them about a job I wanted done, and they quickly setup an appointment to come look at it.  Brad showed up on the agreed upon day and he was on time, which is always a big plus.  I found Brad to be very professional and personable.  I also felt like the quote was a fair and reasonable price. 

The Bad:
The communication stopped completely after I decided to move forward with the work.  I’ve contacted Brad a handful of times over the past month (via email and phone) and he never once responded back to me.  I did get a hold of him on the phone once, and he said he would send over a contract that morning, which he never did.  Maybe they are just really busy or didn’t want the job.  I would have been fine with whatever the reason was, but the complete lack of any response back was frustrating.  

Overall:
I’m sure they do great work and all of the positive reviews attest to that.  I just hope you have better luck than I did to actually get them scheduled to do it.

I talked to the owner about a remodeling job. He was very rude and nasty. Now, I don't know if he was in a bad mood and didn't care to have my business because it wasn't a very big project. It's no way to treat a potential customer...guess he didn't need my business.

These guys are top notch! I recently helped my parents do a major renovation with their master bedroom and bathroom and they did a spectacular job! Vincent Abell was so easy to work with, and was always dependable when it came to deadlines. They have a true talent as one of the best contractors in the city of Louisville - they made a very complex remodeling job much more easy! Plus, their contract manager is kinda cute :)

Evidently your money's not good to them unless you plan to spend a lot of on a big project.
