I recently took my 2007 Mercedes C230 in for an air-bag recall campaign. I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Apple, who was the service advisor assisting me on the morning of Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Charlie was extremely efficient, very personable and knowledgeable about the recall campaign. Charlie informed me of the procedure to get the air bag replaced, performed the necessary paperwork and assured me that the job would be done in a timely fashion. Charlie assured me I'd be on my way in a very short order. Charlie offered me a loaner car which I declined, since he informed me the project would take only a couple of hours. I was made aware of refreshments in the waiting room nearby. I'm happy to say the entire airbag replacement, plus an additional campaign and a car wash took just over one hour. Charlie then took me to my car which was waiting nearby. Charlie Apple is real asset to Crown Eurocars; a real gentleman and a fine person; he should be recognized for his professionalism by management. Best of luck in the future Charlie.

Firstly, I cannot say enough about my experience at Crown Jaguar, thanks to the above par service, professionalism, patience, dedication, and personable dealings I had with Bill Martin! I walked in feeling special...I left out feeling like royalty! Bill raised the bar on what I will always expect and look for now in a car dealership. Thanks for my lovely 2018 Jaguar F Pace...couldn't have chosen a better ride or found a better Bill Martin!

Ginger is a wonderfully friendly and personable Sales & Product Specialist. I had a great experience from the test drive, to the buying process and through delivery of the vehicle to Orlando. The follow-up to make sure the F-Pace meets all my expectations has been first class. Also, Tristan Smith made a trip to Orlando to make sure I understood the features of the SUV and assisted with initial set up. You can tell they both love what they do and it shows in their work. It was definitely worth my time to travel from Orlando to St Petersburg to experience the great deals and Customer Service that Crown Jaguar offers. Anyone in the area, should strongly consider Crown if you're in the market for a Jaguar.

I brought in my 2014 Mercedes ML350 for a front to back inspection after I purchased it from a separate entity to make sure there were no issues. I was under warranty which covered any issues my mechanic would find in the first 7 days of my possession. I wanted to be sure I had the best people working on my car, it's my first Mercedes. My husband is an ASE Certified Master Technician and he took the test drive with me and felt a pulsation in the back of the vehicle. When we arrived at Crown we spoke with a service advisor named Patrick and explained what we needed done, a front to back inspection and we needed to the pulsation in the rear inspected. I explained that I was under warranty and wanted to find whatever issues there possibly were with the car to have them corrected at no charge to me; he told me that if the breaks needed repaired the warranty probably wouldn't cover it, even though I insisted repeatedly they would, but he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. My husband and I left my car with them all day, Patrick calls me and tells me they cant find anything wrong with the car at all, it just needs some new back breaks and warns me again that these types of repairs are not covered under warranty. He calls my warranty company, finds out he's wrong and the charge is covered. My husband calls them back up and tells them that they did not check the pulsation and something needs to be done about it, so the tech takes the car on a test drive. Patrick calls me back and says, "yes, there is a pulsation but its not coming form the back its coming from the front. The front rotors are slightly warped and in order to fix it Ill have to bring my car back another day." I had to call my warranty company and explain and they agreed to cover the charge. My husband and I are looking at my car and I ask him to tell me a bit about the engine and he starts showing me where the fluids go and what kind and even checks them with me and sees some fluid is dry. As I am dropping off my car for the second time, I remember the "Service A3" warning came on a week before I dropped it off the first time. I ask Patrick how often per year I'm supposed to change the fluids he tells me once a year. I asked him "what does Service A3 mean" he tells me that the normal services are due, fluids need changed, tires rotated and balanced, filters replaced if I see that message...why do I need my husband to tell their service writer 3++ times about a pulsation before they check it and why do I need to tell them the yearly service is due on my truck when I JUST HAD THEM DO A FRONT TO BACK INSPECTION?! What did they inspect? Then Patrick calls me and tells me my warranty covered everything fine and that I did need fluids and tire rotation and filters changed and it will cost $290.00, and he wanted to find out if I wanted my husband to do it or if I wanted them to do it. I tell him Ill call him back, I try to reach my husband but cant so I try to make an educated decision on my own, I call Patrick back and ask him how much of that is labor and he tells me, "$140 of it is labor and that you may just want to have your husband do it, its not rocket science" This guy was rude and condescending and doesn't "listen". They replaced my visors and didn't remove the broken pieces before inserting the new ones. I have NOTHING good to say about this place except there are pretty cars out-front. Another guy was leaving as I was picking up my truck that just had his tires replaced and there was a nail in one of them! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE LADIES!! Id have had nothing accomplished nothing if I didn't have a technician with me that actually cared about the condition of my vehicle.
