The  entire staff is wonderful, very polite, helpful and it is genuine. The best experience I have had purchasing a Automobile or anything really. My salesman Chris Gomez is top notch. He loves what he does, takes pride in his work, and is honest, upfront and 100% a people person. Having been in retail management I would have loved to have 10 Chris Gomez's working for me.I will recommend Astro Ford and Chris Gomez to everyone I know. 5 stars, Awesome. Great Job Mr. Gomez, It was a pleasure. You made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Best word I can use to sum up Chris Gomez at Astro Ford is AUTHENTIC !!!

We were traveling through when our truck broke down and Jonathon in service did a great job of getting us in right away and into a car while the repairs were done. Absolutely recommend this dealership.

We had an awesome experience purchasing our new truck from Astro Ford. The salesperson Kris Shaulis listened to our needs and found a car that matched us perfectly. We never felt pressured into buying. We even checked/test drove multiple vehicles (my wife and I test drive each vehicle). Kris was very pleasant and patient with us. The entire Astro Team is very professional and outstanding at what they do. I would recommend this dealer to everyone, you will not regret it. 

P. S. I also had the chance to meet the owners who are very humble and nice. This place care about the people and are in the business to help others.

Excellent!  I wasn't feeling well, the salesman went out of his way to get me pepto bisbol.  Sometimes it's not always about an immediate sale of a car. Personal touch goes a long way!. If I or someone else is looking for a Ford, I will definitely give you a high 5! Thank you oh the salesman also was very attentive to my mother who is on home oxygen and will be 94 in a couple of weeks! .
