Two weeks ago I was experiencing issues, took my car in and was told my alternator was bad. $900 and five hours later I was told good to go. One week later, same issues come back. Take my car back in, this time was told the brake modulator needed replacing. However, part not in stock. Left my car overnight as it was unsafe to drive. Today car was ready to go. Parts & labor, another $900. Left the dealership and not even one hour later my car started experiencing the same issues, I immediately got off the interstate and called Preston Hood only to be told "our service department is closed for the day". I explained the situation to the gentleman I was speaking to, and his response, "well as I said service department is closed, and will be back open at 7:30 tomorrow morning, there is nothing we can do tonight ". I managed to get home with pulling over multiple times, due to my car stalling out. However, spending almost $2k in this short of time, and the issue still not fixed, and to be told come back tomorrow is beyond frustrating.. If this is how their service is, and to military families at that, I'm disgusted!!

The easiest people I have dealt with in my history of car buying. Clean dealership, knowledgeable staff, and just overall good vibes from this place. Very courteous from the salesman, the receptionist and all the way up to the sales and F&I manager.  Jake Fiello was my salesman and couldn't have been anymore helpful in my search for the perfect vehicle.

Have had work done on all our vehicles here since 09 and bought 2 new vehicles here in the last 3 years. Some sales reps are a little pushy and some are laid back. My preference is laidback cause its easier for me to make a decision on a particular vehicle model right for me.

Everyone: owner, finance manager, sales staff(Chris Wall), service technicians...We're very friendly and answered every question I had with a high level of competence and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. On top of all that they gave me the best deal on a new Chevy Silverado. I went to 7 dealerships and tried all the comparable alternatives... Preston Hood and the Silverado 1500 came out way ahead of the pack!

The customer service from the moment I pulled in was wonderful.  Dean kept in contact with me providing me with updates about the status of my repairs.  He answered all of my questions with patience and he resolved my issue in a timely manner.  Dean never told me what he could not do but stressed what he could do to resolve my issue.  Thank you Dean & Preston Hood for an outstanding customer experience.  I will continue to have my vehicle serviced with you as well as recommend you to others!
