Great selection, very unique products. I sold my house and most of the furnishings to move "IN" closer to and in Tyler. Furnished my apartment with different, not to be found anywhere in Tyler art, end tables, chairs odds, and ends. At Home does not advertise, but they should advertise the Tyler location on local TV as there is NOT an At Home location in nearby Longview. This would insure the Tyler location, being in the smallest market in Texas to continue in Tyler for many years to come. Advertise please, I want you to continue many more years in Tyler, thanks for the 3 plus years in Tyler. Employees are always helpful. Have not had any problem with pricing. I have returned items that did not look or fit well where I thought they would, never an issue. But yes, they could use more employees, but probably trying to maintain the Tyler with fewer employees than most of their stores this large. But those stores have greater NUMBER or amount in sales. Again, a reason to advertise at this location. And most likely some of the issue stated would be overcome, solved.

A lady in front of me was trying to return some items and the cashier was having a hard time getting the transaction to work. She kept saying the machine was "acting retarded" while my son (who has developmental delays) and I were right behind. I'm not sure if she was aware the whole line could hear her, but I think the cashiers (or perhaps this one in particular) should be trained to have more etiquette. I also wish that employees would wear name tags so customers could make more specific comments. The employee had very straight brown hair, Miss Me jeans, thin eyebrows, and a grey pull over that zips at just the neck. Vague, but again, no name tag.

Very cool store. A little higher prices maybe here and there compared to Hobby Lobby, but very nice, great displays, clean, and friendly staff.

Could spend hours in this store. Associates are friendly and very helpful. Love the unique items all under one roof.

After the end of summer I went in to at home to purchase an umbrella for the patio . My husband is picky so I probably spent about 45 minutes looking at umbrellas. I finally decided to get the item that was marked on sale with a green line on the sign. When I got to the register it was not on sale. The lady explained that it was not the items on sale but I took her to the back to show her where the signage stated that it was on sale. She argued with me repeatedly and made me feel as though I was pushing her into giving me the sale . She told me I was going to get her in trouble . When we got to the register the whole line was waiting on me. To which a man spoke very rudely to me for having to wait . I confronted him in the parking lot explained what happened . He thanked me and understood . Today I went back to the store to look for sales for Black Friday . I found a rug marked with a red line per their sign and it did not ring up at the sales price . Before taking it to the line I took it to an employee . He tried it with his machine and it did not ring up correctly . He took it to a manager who said that the item was marked that way when it was taken to their store . They did not honor the price . I did not argue this time I have decided never to go back to this location . They need a better process to determine what is on sale and what is not . Everything is mixed together and it makes it very difficult to tell based on the sign or the barcode . They are very inconsistent and they do not have enough employees and they are not an honest place .
