probably the worst job I ever had. Let me start off by saying when I first excepted the position, they told me I would be a sales floor associate.but somehow  I ended up being in the stockroom assembling furniture and cleaning restrooms. My first day in the stock room was hard because none of the training videos teach you how to do anything. Plus the stock room manager mrs. Felicia  didn’t help AT ALL either. She literally was yelling and saying “you ain’t doing nothing right” and walked away. She never showed to do it the right way. Which in my opinion is not a very productive way of getting things done and helping new employees learn. They also documented me for some days that I was supposed to come in and work even though I was not on the schedule in the break room. So when I go up there to ask why and show them I wasn’t on the schedule. She takes me to the back managers office and takes this binder out of a filing cabinet and shows the days I’m supposed to be working like I’m supposed to know how to get in this locked up cabinet and look for my schedule.I also worked there a month never to receive my associate discount  card. Most unorganized people ever.

I love this store. The prices are awesome and the employees are very helpful, courteous and professional. If you want items that are statement pieces, Home Goods in Cedar Hill is the place to go. I go there first when I am looking for pieces that are timeless, functional and beautiful. You won't be able to beat the prices anywhere else.
