They're always so friendly! There are 3 at&t stores where I live and this is the only one I'll go to. Whether I'm spending 5 minutes or an hour I always get great service.

We were greeted as we walked in the door, even though the workers were helping other customers.  We received great customer service!  So happy to have an at&t store on the east side.

When I first walked in there were 2 employees one was helping a woman his name is Jeffrey and the other was sitting down at the table. She must have been leaving from her shift and saw there were customers and left the store. Jeffrey continued to talk with whom by the 15 minute conversation me and my family overheard were friends. He saw us waiting and continued to talk,show her around, and go in and out of the back as well as make a phone calls. This whole entire time from the moment we walked in to us waiting he never acknowledged us nor told us he would be with us in a moment. After 20 minutes we ended up leaving. Needless to say, exceptionally poor customer service and we will never return to this location again. Jeffrey needs to be trained again on customer skills, acknowledgment is key: a simple sentence and smile would've kept us waiting.
