Janine & Cruise are 2 of the friendliest, customer service oriented folks I've met in a long time.  I've been struggling with my daughters phone for 3 weeks and walked in to their store for some help.  Janine sat down and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. The people here went to enormous lengths to get us set up, even though we were just looking for the cheapest arrangement possible to port a land line.  These folks just want to do a good job and help customers - how about that?  Wish there were more like them.
