I went to this location as I was having issues with my device. The young man that came to assist me asked me what my issue was. He then proceeded to do a factory reset on my device without discussing it with me first. He says it was a mistake. Mistake or not there is invaluable material that has been lost and cannot be recovered. Another employee, Marcel, attempted to rectify the situation but the damage was already done. Even with VZCloud & Gmail there are photos and information that will never be recovered. I am displeased with the overall handling of my situation and would not return to this location.

Upon greeting me, the consultant (Joseph) provided me with superb service - He helped me resolve an issue with my iPhone and iPad.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff goes above and beyond to answer questions  and help with a variety of technical issues. I prefer this store to any Verizon corporate store.

I came here to see what my options were for upgrading my phone and plan, Dominic's customer service was superb. He helped me upgrade early and helped lower my bill for a better plan, I couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks Dom!

Every employee is amazing. The help is the best I have ever seen in any retail store.  They even knew me by name by just looking at me!!!  They are the best!!  I wish they were open longer . But it is what it is.  They need time off
