Very nice guys working here.  No hard sell on expensive phones or upgrades.  They didn't have the phone I wanted and got it to the store in a couple of days as requested.  This was the week before Christmas so I definitely needed the phone quick for a Christmas present and they delivered.  Will be going back for my phone needs.

One person acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I have an actual degree in the field and was given run arounds. If you have a bring your own phone device, go to Verizon. Att doesn't allow certain enhancing features on a byop device that a normal branded phone gets. That is although you pay the same amount for either phone. So why pay the same and get less when you can get on Verizon and get those extra features at no added cost.
