This store has the worst customer service I have ever had. I'm not a huge fan of writing reviews but if I can save someone the pain of going there I will write this one. The salesman was watching football the whole time I was trying to buy the phone. I would avoid going there at all cost.  Even when you call them on the phone they can't answer your questions. They couldn't take a message and told me to call back in the morning when someone else was working. Do your business online where they have 100% better service. I wish I could not give them any stars.

NOT AT&T !!!  DISGRACEFULLY  DECIVING 

They are very “proud” to display the AT&T logo outside of the store; they wear nice jackets with the AT&T logo; they happily offer you the best AT&T plan  BUT, when you go back to resolve  issues with anything  related to the deal you made  in the store the will tell you  to call AT&T  because they have nothing with  AT&T... the “manager” even invited me to go to VERIZON!!!

I’m  oppening a formal case with AT&T but I decide what o  share my personal experience to prevent other good faith consumers to become victims of the questionable policies and tactics  of this store.

Just bought a galaxy s8 active 2 days ago, went back to buy a case for it and was treated like I didn't even exist 3 reps and not one  Acknowledged I was even in the store, after 20min and still not acknowledged I left, poor customer service I will buy all my Accessories eather online or at the mall,

Fixed my issue fast, didn t need to hustle or wait. The people are really nice. Don't go if you are in a hurry, most issues take 30 minutes or more and they back up quick.

I'm actually highly disappointed. I went in to get the new galaxy s8 and I wasn't offered and colors besides black. Then I get chargers for direct tv now and it doesn't even work. I just really wish people would call or email and ask if you would like subscriptions before charging you for things. Along with the color of my phone if  I'm going to spend 800+ on a cellphone I should be offered all the colors they have . Then when I go online to try and email someone about It I literally can't find a single contact.  Stupid.
