Extremely rude service no matter if it's in store or by phone call. Just a simple question and you're treated like you're a bother to them. Connor in particular was extremely nasty and had an attitude the entire time. Better off with going through Amazon for anything rather than this location.

Nice crew decent sales not as big a selection as some others though and ocassionally pre-owns may not work but they always are willing to exchange if you run into some bad egg, overall for the town pittsfield decent store.

Shame this is the only game store left in the Berkshires, small selection, staff is usually very pushy, even after telling them you aren't interested, and some of the new employees are super rude and condescending. This store is my absolute last ditch effort if I need something, I'd rather wait for something to ship than visit this store.
