Excellent experience, staff very informative, took the time to answer all my questions. Store manager Jessica took the extra step to go over all options from phones, to features, and even showed us the map of coverage. The gentleman explained wifi calling and helped us set up our phones with a extra private number. Although reception can be spotty in some locations.The service at this location  was amazing and have earned my trust, you can not find this at other carriers.

I will be filing a complaint with corporate about this location. Jessica and the team lied to my family about terms of contract to make them switch carriers. Once they bought their phones, refused to help. Terrible service.
