The furniture that I’ve bought from Rooms To Go, hasn’t been good, it’s been Amazing. High quality and low prices. Every one loves my furniture. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.

I don't know what I think. Staff are lovely, attentive, not pushy. Furniture offerings are beautiful, well presented, low prices... but the longevity of them? The quality doesn't seem apparent... Will they last even 5 years? I'm not feeling it. If course, if one has this budget then it should be considered.

BEWARE. Rooms to Go policy indicates that they will only provide refund within 48 hours of purchase.  Of course, you rarely receive the item within 48 hours and when it does arrive damaged, they will only provide a replacement meaning you have to take time off work to be home all day again to receive the replacement (on their schedule).  Then when the next delivery is also damaged, you have no option but to wait at home for them to deliver yet another replacement and if that is damaged?  Yes, wait again.  This is a horrific policy and only one that would be in place for a company that is well aware that their quality is poor.  I am actually on my FIFTH delivery and several weeks after my original purchase they still have not gotten it right, but the customer has no rights here.  There are so many other options to purchase furniture, pass this company by.

At the Myrtle Beach Rooms To Go store I dealt with Jennifer or as she prefers to be called Jenny.She is such a professional, so helpful and just a Wonder to deal with.I absolutely love the store, love the quality and the prices of the furniture.I highly recommend it to everyone. I had a minor problem with a pit group that I bought. They immediately came to my home changed it out with no questions asked. What more could one ask for?

We have been doing business with Rooms To Go for over 10 years for all of our home needs, from bedroom sets to mattresses and living room furniture. They seem to regularly offer interest free financing promotions which is very nice. They are also very focused on customer retention and resolving any issue you may have; not that we've had anything major happen.  Recently we decided to buy a new couch and recliner and had the pleasure of working with Geaneane. She was more helpful and knowledgeable than we ever could have imagined... Thank you Geaneane! We will absolutely be back.
