Not a corporate store so they won't do the switching credit the same. They told me to use some website and I did it and no refund still. It was only going to be a fraction of what a corporate store would have given me anyway. They said they could only give in store credit for my phone from sprint. Don't go here-- find a corporate store. Wish I could get out of it so badly.

Absolutely the best at&t store i have been too. Great customer service, my sales rep was honest and very helpful, giving me the best price for my buck! I ported my service over from Verizon about a month ago and have not regretted my decision. The sales rep is an Italian guy named deno, he is saving me 60$ monthly with 3 devices than i was paying with verizion with only 2 devices. Would highly recommend doing business with them!

Open floor plan, great staff! Ryan is the store manager. He's a straight shooter and very knowledgeable - fixed my galaxy issue within minutes!

The new manager of this store is a breath of fresh air. I have seen him interact with customers at his previous store. He is passionate about his work, demonstrates knowledge of the equipment and is customer oriented and friendly. He works hard to find the best solution for every customer and to be sure each customer leaves satisfied and having had a positive experience. The Brecksville store is lucky to have this new manager. Any business or person should feel like they will have all of their needs met.
