Had some issues with getting emails. Worked with the store manager Bob who fixed it in no time. Great service.

Ashley was so very, very helpful in solving a number of phone issues that we had. She is excellent. She is truly an asset to Verizon. We hope that she has a long and successful career.

I just got home & this is my 2nd AWESOME experience with this store. I worked directly with the store manager BOB & he was so pleasant & professional. He got me set up with a new smartphone & explained the entire process & was very patient with me. I NEVER got service anywhere near this good at a corporate Verizon store. Bob took the time to listen to my needs & never pressured me to buy something I did not want. As a woman, that means a lot to me. I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S7 & I can't wait to play with it. Thanks again. You guys are great!!!
