They staff never answers the phone and the guy that set up our account didn't know anything about what he was "selling" us. Left out promotions and cost us a bunch of money. We switched from Verizon and they were suppose to pay off my old phone and it is still not done two months later and we are getting late notices from Verizon threatening to report to credit system. They took my old phone but apparently now that they have it, it's not important to pay it off.

This location never picks up the phone. I switched from Verizon and traded my old phone a couple of months ago. AT&T needs the transaction number for the trade in to get credited for my old phone. Well I went to this store to get my statement and the system does not show that I traded a phone in. This problem has been escalated to management of which I have not heard anything back from for two weeks now. Good luck getting someone on the phone to resolve any type of issue. Very dissatisfied. They basically stole my phone from Verizon.

Was going to buy a new phone and switch carrier's but, guy wouldn't stand or even get off the computer to help me. Would be just as easy going online.

Hands down the best experience I have had in any at&t store company or reseller. Jason handled my upgrade in under 15 minutes and easban absolute pro. This is my go-to at&t store for future needs.

I received a new phone came by store to have my contacts transformed. I had asked about a C/S Rep. Schedule as to when she would be on duty. The rep. On duty said I will be more than happy to help you with that service he did a fantastic job and was very polite and very knowledgeable. Because he made the offer to assist me that saved me a trip from having to return to the store to get my phone setup. I am very pleased with the service I received at AT&T today.
