Explored inventory outside for 15 minutes or so,then went into showroom. Seen at least three employees in showroom, and after 5 minutes nobody had asked if I needed any help,so I left.

Took an old tractor in .it was fixed in less than a week.the service dept. Stayed late to help load it up & explained what was wrong with it
