Horrible customer service. I needed to return a phone, apparently I couldn't return it to that location. That wasn't the problem. The guy (Colton?) was so rude and unhelpful. I had to call corporate customer service and even they didnt understand why he couldn't just direct me to the proper store instead of being rude. If AT&T is going to have authorized retailers they should at least have accountability measures for their behavior. Just go to a corporate store, especially in Spokane.

Reps and manager are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Ran in right at closing and they made sure I was taken care of.

Two little boys in the store running it obviously not into customer service. I can appreciate they were helping customers, but no greeting or update how long they'd be is very very unprofessional. We were there to switch carriers and upgrade a phone. One of the (I can't even call him young man) boys names was Quinn and didn't see the other. We were there for over a half an hour with no acknowledgment. This is very disappointing. Whoever is in charge of this needs to get a handle on it!! Quick!! Those employees will drive away more customers than they receive.

Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge. My husband and I had a problem with our bill, & after going in several times to get it fixed, it still wasn't correct. I had all three of the people helping me, including the store manager and I still left confused. They told me to call customer support (because they can't do anything in store), which I did, and who told me that nothing the store employees told me was correct. If you live in Airway Heights or close by, just drive the few extra miles to the Riverpark Square location. This place isn't worth the hassle, all the employees need to go through training again.
