I bought a used copy of Pokemon White version here. Before leaving, I realized I should ask them to test the game on one of their systems. They did, and the save data was corrupted. They advised me to go to another location to trade it in for a working copy. Very helpful!

My hobby is gaming so I frequent GS often. The very first two times I went to this particular GS, I was treated with a cold shoulder both times. I asked an employee an opinion on a game and got a shrug. He had a very, "Pick something and leave." attitude. I worked in retail so I assumed that they were having bad days. If I didn't live close by, I probably wouldn't have come back. But every time after, the employees were much more friendly and helpful. They just forget that even on a bad day, you gotta just smile and work through it.

FANTASTIC service. They went out of their way to help me figure out what was going on with my Xbox One and we're so sweet to me. I would recommend this store to anyone buying or selling games, equipment or just with questions in general.

Juel or Joel I always mess up j names (sorry man) but this guy had taken time out of his day to help me out with a previous item I had purchased he was fast though he was dealing with customers he efficiently answered my questions both times I called and he had assisted me with information about my warranty because the product itself had stopped reading the hdmi cord nessacary to play games he told me where they had my replacement and helped me figure out my warranty information. Thanks to this awesome employee I can finally get this problem taken care of its people like him that change retail for the better
