It’s pretty useless to go here if you’re doing anything other than buying a product that you already know about. A simple question about my bill couldn’t be answered. I found the issue and then the problem couldn’t be fixed because “we don’t really do that.” I was told to call support. Not sure why they couldn’t have done that...

The service was horrible and made my wife real feisty. The assistant was less than helpful. We had to get an additional phone and then return it in order to jump through hoops.

Originally I thought it was good but after talking to an actual verizon employee that has since changed. 

I went in to upgrade my phone, all was fine.  Then was asked (paraphrasing)  "hey would you be interested in verizon hum? It'll only cost you a penny, I can cancel your insurance on your tablet and you can apply that money to the Hum therefore it won't cost you a thing".

There was no discussion whatsoever about a 2yr contract. The word contract never even came up. It's only $5 a month for 2yrs but its the principal.

Ryan was so helpful and so knowledgeable and was not pushy to buy products we didn't need but was very clear on the products we did buy. She made sure we understood all prices and transferred all our information onto our new phones! We had a great experience and thank you Ryan!!
