Awesome store, Awesome people working there!  Been a customer at that store since they opened up.  Sam and Holly will take good care of you.  They greet you by name when you walk in the door.  5 Stars for me!

We came in close to closing time so we weren't able to get new phones but Holly wanted to make sure if we came in the next day that they would have everything we wanted. They didn't have my phone in black so before Holly came into work she drove to another at&t store to pick up the phone in black for me.

They tried to con us. I purchased a phone there a few weeks ago. They said their policy requires that I pay an amount down and the rest 24 hours later or in installments. I thought it was weird. Later, I saw they signed me up for insurance without my permission and the whole purpose of them not allowing me to pay in full was so they could charge me an upgrade fee on the bill.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you live in the Waco area this is the only place to go for your AT&T needs. Holly and Sam are the most amazing and helpful AT&T reps I have ever met, and they were extremely quick in meeting our needs(even in the midst of uncooperative computer programs.) as well, they helped us streamline our phone plan, and now we will be saving over $100 a month! They were also amazingly helpful when it came to upgrading, and ordering a new phone. Holly and Sam made our entire experience a blast! They are, to us, unmatched in their care for their customers. If anyone in the Waco area needs to make a visit to an AT&T store, and they don't choose this location, they deserve the hour or more wait they will end up having to make by going to a different location.

These women are awesome! They helped me choose a plan and they make me feel more than just a customer! Sometimes on my lunch break I go and visit that's how legendary they are! *round of applause*
