I have always suffered with allergies, but one particular day several years ago I was so miserable I could not even enjoy a lunch with my adult children, so it was at that point I decided to try acupuncture, as I had already tried everything else, including monthly allergy shots. Kristen first recommended some herbal supplements to just get this terrible episode under control, before we moved on to actual acupuncture every two weeks, which has basically cured my allergies. I can now go once a month with no issues! I would highly recommend Live Oak Acupuncture to anyone for any issue, not just allergies. I am a true believer!

Kristen has been an immense source of knowledge and help for our family during various health issues. From fertility issues to dealing with my child's allergies and asthma, her Chinese medicine perspective always helps deal with the root issues. My daughter's 3rd grade year last year included 19 absences and 1 month of medical homebound because of allergy and asthma issues that led to a low immune system and constant illnesses. After working with Kristen over the course of her 3rd grade year, I'm glad to report that this year, my daughter's 4th grade year, she received the perfect attendance award! And was only taking a maintenance herb over the course of the year. No allergy meds, inhalers, steroids or antibiotics. What a difference acupuncture and year makes!

I cannot say enough good things about Live Oak. I was visiting family in Waco and was suffering from allergies and a sinus infection. I had a headache that had lasted three days. I was desperate for relief and called Live Oak because my Mom loves Dr. Warren. They were able to fit me in and get me on my path to healing. Lee was so kind at the front and Kristen was so kind and had such a gentle touch. So thankful for this kind couple and their wonderful clinic.

There is simply not enough positive expression to rate the positive impact that Kristen and Live Oak Acupuncture & Wellness have had on my life. I began to see her in 2006 and she was instrumental in getting to the bottom of some critical health issues. I found direct relief, both physically and emotionally. Kristen was patient, proactive and highly informed. Since then, I have moved out of state and seen various acupuncturists. It has been a challenge to find a practitioner with the skill, the knowledge, the bedside manner, and the precision that Kristen has. She treats her patients with truth and grace. During this time, Kristen has been instrumental in my health and wellness regardless of the distance. She has been able to promptly assess my health and mail me herbs on numerous occasions, to my benefit, every time. While going through an extremely stressful situation, Kristen was able to untangle the direct and indirect challenges I was facing and was instrumental to me as a life coach. Without her, my steps would have been far less structured and less firm. She has been invaluable in my life. I highly recommend Live Oak Acupuncture for both physical and emotional health, as well as overall life coaching.

Kristen is the epitome of grace and light. I have suffered for 5 1/2 years from infertility. I started seeing Kristen weekly, a little before we began IVF (our 3rd round of infertility treatments, each prior round unsuccessful). We just found out we are PREGNANT! I'm forever grateful to her and what's she done to heal my body and calm my mind. Thank you, Kristen for your part in giving us the gift of life!
