worst customer service ever.A manager just told me at 4:30 pm eastern time that he doesn't care how frustrated i am and hung up the phone.I have the conversation taped and will pursue this matter.Today 08/20/15 in Baltimore.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EAST COAST ELECT & WIRELESS
