Had a great experience, went in to buy a laptop not knowing which one I wanted.The salesmen asked me what price point I was comfortable with, then walked me to each laptop and gave me a thorough explanation of each one. I was easily in and out in 30 minutes! And very satisfied with my purchase!

Warm greeting from sales reps. Fast in store order for a subwoofer and 50.00 discount and I can pick it up in 3 days. Sweet! I'm glad Best Buy is the one the last couple big box electronics stores still around.

Would rate a zero if I could! Bought a laptop on discount with missing charger. Computer was supposed to be "certified" before put in box!!! It definitely was not. Tried different universal chargers and nothing worked. So I had to call the manufacturer and order one. When it got here the laptop never powered on! They sold me a certified piece of junk!!! So now I'm out $70 car a charger and a week worth of hassle and calling/driving around!!! Would not recommend this best buy at all. Store manager didn't apologize or anything I'll take my money elsewhere

I went in for a return yesterday and was waiting in the customer service line. After a few minutes of waiting a guy came out of the geek squad area and asked what I needed. I told him I had a return. He pointed over to the Online Pick Up and said "that girl can help you". I was confused because they had plenty of people to help me and that girl had been with a customer for awhile. I told him that he didn't look too busy and walked on over to the Online Pick Up. Waited for about 10-15 mins. Another group of people with a return even walked over to the customer service and waited and waited then got pointed over to my spot. Finally someone called backup over to this area... you definitely are NOT under staffed. Absolutely ridiculous. This is why I'd rather go to the Midland store or just not go at all.

Staff at best buy were very friendly and helpful in my visit. I asked questions and young man that helped me gave me alot of information i needed
