Gone are the days of many great staff members who have passed through this location!! Particularly there is a sales manager named Melanie Rodger who is like a dark cloud raining / reigning down on all staff members while balancing & shining her pretentious crown & micromanages while sitting on her @ss always. She slows down efficiency with customers by interrupting other staff members, reassigning them away to do something else, when they are working hard and joyfully with customers who have waited long already. :( :( :( Every single time we have visited this store she has impacted our experiences negatively. I asked what her name was the last time I was in there. Hoping higher management will follow up with me. I can only imagine what it must be like working with her. Poor staff!! Poor customers!!!

Terrible service, an argumentative salesman which walked out on us for asking him if they he can waive activation fee, next thing another staff member ( which refused to give us her name ) demand to show more respect to her employee . My wife and I walked out of this store and did our upgrade online with a very friendly AT&T staff member. Never go this store again.

Our experience was great. Very helpful staff, clean store, and the products we wanted in stock. We went three times, each during a weekday in the mid morning. I have had bad experiences with AT&T stores in the past, but this one was an exception.

Been customer with AT&T for 11 years been to this location few times had okay experience, wait time at this store can take 25 to 50 minutes depending on how many staff are on shift; really pathetic had to wait 20 minutes to return a phone case... better to drive to Tukwila location.
