I've always like shopping at Walmart and there a quite a few wonderful employees and managers that work here. Unfortunately though, you need to upgrade your training systems for customer service and value for both your employees and your customers. It's stressful shopping here, I don't want to wait in line for a few items. Please add more self check outs, please add more smiles to the place. Lost of two stars due to low quality of customer service, treatment of employees and customers. Whatever happened to being valued and giving that value? I avoid this place 89% of the time. 

The customer service crew in the electronics dept. shout out to them! I love em! They're fast, they funny and friendly. I prefer to get checked out over there then at the front end. Because of those 5-6people, I kept that third star.

Guess all they know is "please hold" I wasted  25 mins waiting and the only person that could do her job is Pauline. she keep trying to transfer me to the right places but everyone else I talked to just told me "please hold" and then I got transferred back to Pauline she was great but the is store is not worth my time and I'm a very patient person that is very understanding but this is not acceptable. I still never found out if they had the item.

I like the help, I've never had a bad experience.must of the visits run pretty smooth. The pharmacy is very helpful, so far not bad.one time i went in there, and i was having problems with the self chekout, the lady help me get through it. And we both laughed about it. That's very. good pr.

Great prices, so so customer service, not a friendly place to shop.  Walked by 5 associates and not one greeted me and 1 even made I contact. I needed help at a locked case and  two manager types saw me and ignored me. The associate that was with helped me. There was a problem with a price and neither manager would engage me. It was quickly rectified by the associate though.

Very good prices all around. The staff were very attentive. One of the few places that actually carry "Slap Ya Mama" cajun seasoning!
