Never ever going back here. Sales rep scammed me and signed me up for a Direct TV subscription that I repeatedly expressed I was not interested in. Learned today he signed me up nonetheless and I was charged, and some cable people tried to come to my house today???
 Unethical and deceitful sales practice. If you want to get screwed over by a sales rep who will lie to your face then this is the place for you! AT&T, if you want to keep your clientele, you can do better than this.

Terrible customer service. After 7 yrs with AT&T, coming to this store for help, and being made to feel unwelcomed, I switched mobile company completely. A 25min wait, and an impatient staff member Kristen, with a bad attitude, would rub anyone the wrong way. If you love AT&T for their cell service, do not go to this store for help. The customer service alone, will make you dislike AT&T.

I love this door no matter how much people hate on this store I still love it it's not the store itself it's the people who work there Chelsea is the hardest worker there G help me out so many times more than I could have ever
