Horrible management & customer service.  Ordered biz cards online at 10am for same day pick.  Called around 2pm & was told that the cards were in process & could probably pick them up in 2 - 3 hours.  Called again at 5 & was put on hold. No response.  Called from another line while still waiting on the first line & was told that cards would not be ready until night. I asked for a time that I could pick up my cards. They said 8 pm.  The associate seemed short and annoyed.  I don't know whether the employees are overworked or not but the customer service is atrocious.

Awful management. The associates in the copy and print department will only give you helpful customer service if your skin is lighter than a paper bag. Otherwise you receive the "you're an inconvenience"  treament.

I went to one your store @ 7700 Germantown avenue, Philadelphia, PA after arriving there around 9:35-9:40 I took an uber because I have to get something printed out. The one of cashier in the copy & print department act like she couldn't help me at all. I was stuck trying figure out how to print! I thought the store will be very good because its in a good area. I thought I would have felt more comfort to even walk in your store. I would never in my entire life walk in this store ever again. Very poor customer service. I just walked out!!!!

They were very friendly and helpful. He knew exactly what I needed after I explained to him what was going on. Thanks guys. (I apologize for not remembering your name. But, hats off to you in the copy and print section.)
