The staff who work here are super great! Was switching from Verizon and tried to do this online along with ordering phones. To make a long story short, the phones were sent to the wrong address, my billing started as soon as the phones were sent, which we never received, the customer service couldn't/wouldn't help, was hung up on twice, on the phone for over 3 hours with no results whatsoever, absolutely furious. We walked into this AT&T store , ready to really unload on someone for the awful treatment we had received from customer service, and Jason and the rest of the team bent over backwards at various times over the matter of a couple weeks to help straighten the mess out, get charges removed, and get us where we needed to be. Many thanks!

The employees were nice and gave pretty good service. The store itself could use a complete remodeling though.
