I've joined the "Geek Squad "service and am highly impressed by their knowledgeable and friendly work. Once you have joined and pay the membership fee they go all out on explaining and repairing even some older things you may not have purchased at Best Buy.

They are incapable of sending products from one store to another. Poor customer service. Associates try to avoid customers as much as possible. They don't know much about the products. They can be rude as well. Customer service comes last here. They also have high prices. I can find lower prices at competitors. I will find somewhere else for my electronic needs.

This is the unfriendliest Best Buy I have been in, we were in need of help with a seemingly defective pioneer stereo recently purchased for which we also had Geek Squad protection. We were 4 hrs into a two week road trip so we were pretty desperate for help to solve the problem... First customer service lady didn't even smile or offer to help, manager took over and basically said we could buy a new unit & try to put it in ourselves... Had to demand to talk to store manager, store manager repeated endlessly that because his audio tech was scheduled, there was nothing he could do, I basically had to force him to take me and the new unit back to his audio tech who also stonewalled and said he had "no idea" if the faceplate could be swapped & that the whole unit would need to be removed...Mind you this was after I had offered to buy a whole new unit to solve the problem - unbelievably poor service, SO HERE IS THE RUB, really frustrated, I called the next Best Buy down the road in Dayton Ohio and got their audio Manager, Eli K., on the phone he called two other stores that were on the route and got us an appointment to solve our problem! Nice job Dayton... Findlay get a clue and get some Customer Service training for your staff.

As others have said in the reviews, this is the worst best buy I've ever been to. I had a man in TVs with a cane take me to the cheapest 4k tv they had when I said I was looking for a new tv, never asked me any questions. Then proceeded to Tell me false info about it. When I corrected him, and he even realised he wad in the wrong. I saw him walk to another employee and point at me and say something before doing it multiple more times. After that I went to but 2 different things that apparently weren't street dated yet and they could not sell me. I felt emarrased and uncomfortable. I then told a manager about it and he obviously didn't care. I'll drive up to Toledo from now on. The stores up there, especially the spring meadows store, have never once treated me like this.
