I went into this store today worried that I had lost my phone number forever. The number had, in fact, been canceled but George Nevarez helped me get it back. He was incredibly patient, light-hearted, pleasant and caring. He represented AT&T better than anyone I've ever come across, and turned me into a repeat customer. Give this man a raise!!!

I had the service representative Wyn Free, he was super cool in store and had me convinced I made the right choice adding a line. Unfortunately he lied through his teeth about how much it was going to cost. Corporate would not honor his rate and now I owe AT&T $900+ to get out of a phone bill that is more expensive than I signed up for. That's not to mention AT&T has the worst service in California I've ever dealt with. Take my advice do not go to this shady lying location and honestly take your business to another carrier.

If there were negatives, they would most definitely get it. Always the absolute WORST experience. Worst customer service guaranteed.

I don't know why so many people have given this store a low rating. I've been here over a dozen times in the last 5 years all have been way above average.
