Just left T-Mobile La Canada and had the best experience. Everyone was over the top helpful. Such a knowledgeable staff. They were patient with my kids and very engaging. Thank you to Robert, Francesca, and Christopher...people can learn a thing or two from your skills in regards to customer support. BRAVO!!! THANKS!!! The Olivarez Family

Very helpful and efficient. Went there for 2 new nano SIMs to replace 2 old micro SIMs. Got the new programmed SIMs in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed.

I don't really leave feedback unless I am truly impressed and tonight is one of those days. Came in to upgrade couldn't have met a nicer and more friendly group of employees. I just upgraded from my iPhone 6 to iPhone 6s Plus white and Jeremy the store manager showed true professionalism and dedication to the company. Helped my sis and I with every question and concern we had. We need more people like him and his staff in the retail world. Thank you to Jeremy, Tim, and Vanessa! Will be coming back and recommending my friends and family!
