My husband and I were given excellent service at this Verizon. Ryan, Mike and Mikayel were patient and very thorough in their service, explanations and descriptions of the different phones. They were also very accommodating when we returned our first choice purchased and exchanged it for another phone, without giving us any grief or a hard time. Their demeanor was very pleasant, inviting and helpful. Good job to this team, as we are blessed to have people such as themselves serving our community.

I have yet to experience anything less than 5-stars at this store. A couple of weeks ago I gave a shout out to Janet on Yelp for her exceptional customer service skills and once again this week the La Crescenta Go Wireless didn't disappoint. Gary, Ryan, and Marlon took care of an exchange that should have been "taken care of" at the La Verne store, where I made the original purchase. Instead Gary, Ryan, and Marlon were most accommodating, professional and knowledgeable, unlike Michael, the La Verne Store MANAGER(??!). I truly hope the staff at the La Crescenta store is is acknowledged and rewarded for their expertise in customer care. Verizon is fortunate to have these young people represent the company!

Really great staff. They offer the same deals that Verizon corporate does, but they give you concierge service. They take the time to listen to your needs and fill them. They find ways to get you the best possible price, and usually throw in extras. Some accessories, like power cords, have a lifetime guarantee. They're very patient, and will teach you how to get the most out of your equipment. I'll never go anywhere else.
