This "mike" that was "working" today was completely rude, unhelpful, and a little condescending. I was able to solve the issue on my own though.

Best customer service experience ever! Pleasant attentive staff overall, but for the real deal ask for Mike. He helped me sort all my various technical devices from 4 different vendors into just one consolidated bill with AT&T. I am now paying less for more products. No pressure, no gimmicks, just straight up honest assistance.  Thanks Mike - best customer service rep ever.
