Stopped to get 2 sets custom exterior doors. The store was closed but the lady that was there was great and gave us the hours of business. Went back the next day to find doors. This salesman was great even though he was on loan from another store. We where sent to the mill to find glass art we wanted to have doors made. The guy there was amazing. The store was closed by the time we were done looking. So we called  a contracted to get the details they needed to make the doors. We went back again with the paperwork and to order the doors if they had enough of the glass art or get what options where available. Our salesperson wasn't there and we got sent to someone else. This guy did not seem very helpful at all but I really wanted the doors and had a contractor set up. The salesman couldn't get an answer on the glass art so he was suppose to call me in a couple days. After 3 weeks I called to find out how mich longer before the knew what was at the other locations and why we had not heard back. My salesman was to busy to talk to me. The lady took a message and said he would call back. Instead she called back and said they have been very busy and I should hear back in a few days. It has been 4 months and no one has called. I even stopped by the store but I was told to wait until my salesman was available. I hate shopping online and try to shop local as much as possible, but to get the doors I want I will be buying them somewhere else.

Purchased a custom fire door and two interior doors for home remodel. They were so knowledgeable and helpful for my DYI skills. Amazed at their patience. They got the whole order perfect, right on time. Impressed how well they knew how to get all the info out of me, so the order went right the first time. Prices less and quality better than Home Depot. High recommendation!

Ordered a door paid in full at time of order, first time came on time but wrong door. Second time same thing wrong door employee laughed like it was not a big deal, third time took longer then I was told and employees were rude like I was inconveniencing them by not accepting the wrong door I paid for up front. Requested a refund at that time employee was very mad at me, my statement clearly was the correct door but every time I came in to pick up it was not right. Had different employee each time of contact. I prefer supporting local businesses but this made me go to Home Depot.

Great Deals on beautiful doors! I love my Mahogany Craftsman door that I picked up on clearance! They walked me through the best way to finish the door myself. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff.

I recommend Frank lumbar (door store) to everyone I know years ago they helped me find the custom and standard doors I needed to replace to get my rental deposit back on a very tight income. They helped work prices without judgment. Ill.choose them EVERY TIME over the big name stores
