OK, get this: It's a phone store. So you use your phone to call them and you can't talk to anybody in the store. It just transfers you to the National Customer Service line. Even the National CS line can't transfer you. A Phone store that doesn't take calls - Terrific!

The customer service is pathetic. The store workers dont know the policies and their work too. They have created havoc while providing new connections and service after it.

Always busy with just one agent, most of the time. Manager left the store after 6. If you have a serious issue, be there before that time.
