Great customer experience here. The manager, Aamir, is very helpful and knowledgeable, as is the rest of the staff. They truly let you make the decision at your own pace and discretion, unlike some other stores and retailers that push too hard (or just don't care). In addition, they are upfront about the process, costs, pros/cons of each item and (best of all) deals & discounts! They also have a wide selection of phones and accessories. Highly recommend.

This was my first time in an AT%T store, I was converted from t-mobile by the store manager Aamir. He seemed to know what he was talking about and he made it very clear to understand. Thank you for making this switch very pleasant. I will be telling all friends and family about my experience.

Great store - best experience I've ever had with regards to wireless service.  The manager, Aamir, is extremely knowledgeable.  He patiently walked me through the new at&t family plans then explained how he could save me money on a monthly basis.   Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with a telecoms company so far.
Tl;Dr:  Switched from a company that rhymes with "Crapcast" and joined AT&T for internet.

Now for the longer part.

I went into the store to speak to someone personally about setting up internet and tv service with a company better than the one mentioned above.  I was greeted with a little bit of a wait, but a friendly "We will help you as soon as we can."  Once I got to the counter, I discussed an internet and DirecTV package and within an hour had the service ready to go with the installers coming in the next few days.  

Well here is where the bad luck starts.  After the AT&T technicians came out to install the internet modem, (which is an OK modem/router, but if you want the full speed you're paying for connect it to an aftermarket dual-band router) the DirecTV technicians came out.  They told us that, due to the direction of my apartment, I could not get reception.  That's ok, I can live without satellite tv.  So I returned (the day this was posted) to the retailer to possibly get U-Verse TV instead.  Well, after the store manager got off the phone to set up the service he informed me that U-Verse was not available for my apartment. *Sigh*  However, my luck turned up after that.  The manager, while on the phone, asked if they could credit the installation fee (since the packages I was trying to get waved installation fees) and they did!  

So what I really have to say is, the folks who work here really do care about the customer and will try everything they can do to help.

Amazing service! Aamir (Manager) was very helpful. He knew the product inside and out. Gave great advice. Coming back for sure.
