There is one huge reason to visit this store, good old customer service from a young person. His name is Joshua. It is very rare to find a young person that actually has social skills anymore. Big smile very helpful and doesn't make you feel like you are bothering him. Five stars for Joshua.

Service was great. The couple in front of us seemed more interested in eating the cake they had brought with them than they were in taking care of business. So our appointment was slightly delayed.

Good service, good people. However trying to contact this location on the phone is a massive exercise in frustration, Prepare to be on hold indefinitely.

I ordered a laptop online Friday and opted for the geek certified for $30 less. It was supposed to arrive in 10 days, but arrived yesterday, which I was happy about.To bad it was a dud even at $100 off for the sale. I took it to them today and explained the problems with it, at first geek squad tried to up sell me to another. Long story short the computer guy went and got a brand new one and started walking to the front and motioned me to follow, and I was ready to say just give me the $279 refund when the CS rep was ringing it up....brand new $400 laptop and just a smile saying sorry for your troubles. It's awesome! .....now the second part after going to geek squad for my initial visit.The person I dealt with had no customer service skills at all. Basically told me I was an idiot and had a cheap computer so the questions I had were not relevant because I'd bought a cheap $150 computer, when I said it was $400, I got the eye roll.
I'm thinking does the mgmt. here know that their customers are getting snarky treatment from these geeks? Then he tried to sell me their yearly service....lol

This store is easily the worst Best Buy
I have ever visited.
I just walked out shaking my head.
The CD section was poorly stocked
and it seems no attempt  had been made 
to put the selections in any kind of particular order. Use the alphabet.

The TV section was a mess.
I saw Sony TVs under Samsung signage
and the pricing was intentionally vague.

Put a 55" Sony next to  a 55" Samsung
both having 4k capability and both
being " SMART" ..... only then can the consumer make a fair price comparison.
