If I could give this location a ZERO, I would. We bought brand new Samsung S8's on the 8/30/17 at the Alpharetta location. Yesterday, my phone started having issues charging with both the provided charging cord and block, and with the wireless charging pad. It kept displaying an error about slow charging and not having the Samsung provided charging items. Our other phone was just fine. Restarted the phone thinking maybe it was a glitch. Kept doing the same thing. Plugged my phone in at 7pm last night, it was not fully charged until 4am. We went to the T-Mobile store near us (1757 E West Connector Ste 480, Austell GA) where the associate Exodus (who was awesome) did all kinds of diagnostics and testing on the phone. He determined it was a defective phone and needed swapped out. They did not have any S8's in stock so they couldn't do the swap for me. He sent us to the authorized reseller for T-Mobile down from our house, which happened to be this HORRIBLE spot. We explained to the guy there exactly what we did at the other store and that we needed to swap out as defectives since we were still within our 14 day return/exchange period. The guy, Aldrick Hailey, turned around and told us that we would have to pay a restock fee because the phone was still charging, and even though it took almost 9 hours to fully charge it was NOT defective. It had to not charge at all. He then proceeded to point out he was the manager and was not going to do anything for us because the phone was not defective. At that point I told him that when all kinds of cords, power blocks, and pads all say the same error, there is g@damn problem. A 9 hour charge time IS defective. He again refused, and then had the nerve to start ignoring me and started talking to my husband, saying he was the obviously sensible one. He refused to give me his business card or write his name down. Sorry. I told him 'You see that guy right there??!! He doesn't exist as far as you are concerned, you are talking to ME!" The 'manager' continued to ignore me so I told my husband to call corporate where he talked to Yoko, who was also awesome. The store 'manager' refused to talk to her on my husband's phone, which was on speaker. He proceeded to tell her she had to call him at the stores phone number and didn't want us on the line. She did a conference call with all of us and he proceeded to get an attitude with her, telling her she didn't know procedure after she told him to swap out the phone as defective, especially since we were still within our 14 day return/exchange period. He told her he wasn't going to have his store get hit with a return. He said he had to do a factory reset and got attitude with me when I was not going to allow him to back up my data to clouds (which I do NOT ever use) or allow him to factory reset a defective phone. I advised him I wanted it to be exchanged and all data moved to new phone. Yoko again told him what TMobile policy is, and told him to swap the phone as defective. He still refused and told her unless she was proposing a resolution he wasn't going to stay on the phone with her. She told him again what the resolution was and he hung up his line on her. The girl who was working at the store gladly gave me this 'manager' info. We ended up having to drive 33 miles to the Alpharetta store we got the phone at after Yoko advised them they were going to swap the phone for me. We spend $1500 on new phones and you have the nerve to act that way??!! I don't care if you are an authorized reseller. You represent the brand that pays your salary, and you did a horrible job doing so. I am glad to see that a customer that was in the store at the time also left a horrible review. Word of mouth is a MF'er. Good luck staying in business. And btw, there is an escalated corporate complaint coming your way. Have fun trying to weasel your way out of it.

I found the salesman to be less than honest. I asked him to be truthful with me and he was still downplaying my concerns, telling me lies, and withholding information when he knew that the T-mobile phone would not do what I thought it would do. The phone was capable of doing more than the T-mobile version was enabled to do but he let me keep talking about a feature mentioned on other web sites. I felt that he knew about it every time I mentioned it but when I got the phone home I found that feature was not in the T-mobile operating system.
