Waited almost 30 minutes while 3 employees NEVER even acknowledged my existence.  They each had a customer, but had several periods of time when they were “waiting” on backups, etc. and never even looked at me.  Walked right by me numerous times and, you guessed it, never even made eye contact.  Terrible customer service.  You at least acknowledge the customer and tell them you’ll be with them in a bit.  Something!

The associate suggested we call corporate who had me on hold for over an hour then we booked a installation for the next day. Waited from 8:am to 11:30 am when the technician refused to install the receivers. Now on hold again trying to get the paid services reimbursed. I am amazed that the sales department and the service department do not share any common information.

As usual they can't help you. Still need to call AT&T to get anything done. Better to go online and order phone then call customer service to get service set up. Alot cheaper and more truthful in the long run.

I recently purchased a new phone from the Crystal River Aat&T and the girls were super
helpful in setting up my new phone. I’ll definitely be back to do business in that location again.

The team here was very friendly.  They made buying and setting up my new phone a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be going back to this location for all of my future AT&T needs.
