My first car came from Nissan. Always enjoyed the customer service reps here. The sales team is aggressive but that seems to be all of them at the dealerships on HWY 19. Although Nissan seemed most genuine and respectable at it. They try to push the cars on you but at least the offers were some what decent and not a slap in the face. Overall better place to shop.

I can honestly say it was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. I dealt with Travis, Sean, Robert, Kelly, Tom, and Eamon. That’s a lot of people, but that just shows how they are willing to go above and beyond with the service. It was a very friendly environment and highly recommend this place. I will definitely purchase my next car from these guys.

My husband and I purchased our Jeep Cherokee at Maus Nissan of Crystal River in April of last year. I went there today, with my two year old, for a simple oil change, which is inclusive to the warranty we purchased. 
When I arrived, I parked at the back because most places I've been to tell you to park in the back. I had a gentleman come out and confirm who I was and then told me I could pull right up in the service center. I had already pulled my son out of his carseat at this point and any parent knows that it isn't fun to put your child in and out of the carseat. The gentleman then offered to pull it up for me so I wouldn't have to put my son back in, I definitely took him up on his sweet offer. When I meet with David to discuss what services I would be having today, he informed me that my warranty now has free tire rotation included and that they prorated it back to me, again I was pleasantly surprised!

When David walked me into the lobby to wait, he brought me to a room that had a television and DVDs for my son. I couldn't believe it. Not only did I walk away with more than I was expecting, the service was absolutely unbeatable. I have never had a bad experience here, even when I purchased the car.

Thank you so much for having such a great staff and for caring about your customers so much, Maus Nissan!

Our first visit a couple months ago was awesome. However, this week we went for an oil change and spent $400. I should have said no to the extra things we "needed" and walked out. The " fast talk" we got about the added services was unexpected. We left with the feeling that we were hustled and will never go back.

A well run car business, they do what they say they will do. They are very aggressive in heir deals and very efficient in finalizing the paperwork. If your buying a Nissan, well worth the time.
