Just called in to ask questions about AT&T's different plans & services. And Jacob (the salesman) was very informative and knowledgeable of all the options available , With the information I gave him regarding my existing plan , he was able to provide a better option for me!! I highly recommend anyone calling in ,to ask for him!! Thanks again

TL;DR The manager tried to lie to me about being able to return my phone to the store 2 days after purchase, AT&T confirmed that Tony (the manager) was lying to me. Basically, DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF YOU WANT QUALITY AT&T PRODUCES GO TO THE SHOP AT RIVERDALE ROAD ITS ONLY 5 MINUTES AWAY! Just another 1 star review because Google doesn't have a 0 stars option. If you are wondering why I giving two 1 star reviews please read my long explanation of why no one should do business with the AT&T store in particular on my other accounts review of this terribly managed store.

I went to the AT&T store in Holyoke to trade in my phone and felt immediately welcome. I was greeted at the door by a knowledgeable salesman named Kirk who presented me the fantastic option of getting an Apple Watch financed on my plan with no added line or additional credit check and using my trade in toward the price of it. It only ended up not happening because my account with AT&T is too new, but even when it was clear I wasn't going to produce a sale for him, he was still amazing, and I ended up with $120 in credit toward my bill. When I come to get my Apple Watch, I'm coming here and I'm looking for Kirk. 😎

Scam artists don't do business with them my spouse got a phone from them and was told she had 2 weeks to change her mind so the ccr over the phone said the phone can be returned at an att wireless store no charge when she went to the store they stated there was a 35.00 restocking fee, when she called the call center back they stated that there is no restocking fee so then I called and spoke with the manager the little hoodlum was constantly talking over me so I told him to shut the f up and don't talk over me, this was the West Springfield, MA Riverdale Street store they're a bunch of scam artist crackheads. Att is just as bad as Directv no wonder they merged

Good reception AT&T is the only carrier in the Pioneer Valley that has reception where I need it. I paid the ETF from another carrier back in 2004 because they had no reception including a major mall in the area being a dead spot. Switched to AT&T (then Cingular) and the improvement in reception was between night and day. Good reception up in Maine, which is predominately rural. I've had AT&T for 6 years and have had no problems with them. I currently have an iPhone and a MiFi through them and they both work great.
