I come to this place all the time. The employees are fantastic and the prices and savings are all there in one stop shopping. I had the nicest manager assist me who's name was Marka. She made sure that me and my group were well taken care of and even took the time to go get me an item off the shelf when I grabbed the wrong one. Instances like that will keep bringing me in as a regular customer or guest as they like to call their customers.  Such an awesome Target.

The past few weeks I have gone into your Holyoke Mall store, it has been uncomfortably hot. Your employees are wonderful and I love the store but do not even want to shop due to temperature. It is already hot outside, I want to come in for some relief and browse. I have been told this is a corporate issue, as they control the temps. Well corporate, you probably are in a very cool, air conditioned office! If you want to make sales you need a comfortable atmosphere for your employees and customers. I may be shopping elsewhere for now.

I've always considered target to be a go to place for my family- this experience was terrible. I was dropping my daughter off at college near by and needed some last minute things. This target was completely unorganized- I could find nothing. Everything was out of the stock and the workers were incredibly not helpful.  They refused to help when I had difficulty locating a product. Simply last and Incompetent staff. I do NOT recommend this place for shopping in any department

Clean and spacious. Prices are better than I had expected. They have grocery items and they accept manufacturer's coupons.

Target store employees went above and beyond in helping my mother! My mother fell victim to a scam. Before she spent her money, a quick thinking cashier/associate flagged the transaction. Store security was immediately on the scene and discussed the situation with my mother. It was determined that my mother had been duped by scammers. Through the quick actions of store personnel, my mother did not lose a dime. Thank you for your quick assessment and kind treatment of my mother.
