There's a guy that works there named Dan. He is extremely rude. Avoid this store at any costs. At first I thought he knew what he was doing, but once I tried out one phone, it didn't even work. He completely dismissed me when I asked him about it. I had to keep bothering him for him to even take a look. He takes two seconds and tells me, oops, this phone won't work. Buy a new phone. And after that I kept asking him about options where I don't have to buy a phone for hundreds of dollars when I had a perfectly good Iphone 7 plus. He was at least nice enough to point me to the nearest T-mobile store.

I wish I could choose No stars. They we're horrible, unhelpful and lacked information. Oh and they closed their doors during business hours way to may a customer feel welcome.

They are slow and not enough places to sit. My mother is 80 years old she needed a place to sit

The service was great. The people are great. But they don't have seats and being someone with disabilities, I felt it was unacceptable. Really, really, really, extremely horrible.
