I am visiting family in New York via San Diego. 

I purchased a used iPhone 6 Plus and visited this store. I gave Sprint customer  service a call and gave them all the information needed to insure the phone was safe to purchase. I was told by "Colton" that it was. The first associate at this store was very friendly and helpful but wasn't able to get my new/used iPhone to add to my account. I thought I was scammed. I returned the next day and was helped by Asad. Asad called customer service and was able to add the iPhone to my account. Of course I was happy and so was my mom. The phone was a gift for her.

I would like to thank Asad from the Sprint store at 55-08 Myrtle Ave Ridgewood Queens New York for going above and beyond his duties to satisfy a customer. ASAD was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Thank you again!
