Very unprofessional! I tried to contact them to have an item picked up and instead of actually showing up as promised, they put me into collections. Its sad, after being a good customer for many items in the past, they would be so quick to wash their hands and not give you the proper options. Never again! The workers are liars (maybe not all of them). I dealt with about three of them and it was always a story when contacting them back.
