AT&T has never failed me with their service. I've been behind a lot recently due to a significant financial hardship and they do their best to work with you. Their coverage is amazing. I get service while everyone else is holding their phone to the ceiling wishing for service.

Severely understaffed, we waited 30 minutes before someone recognized we were even in the store. There were only 3 workers, however probably 7 families were in the store. One attendant tried juggling 3 different customers at once, myself included. All we had were a few questions that would have taken only 2 minutes to ask, however our stay was extended to almost 45 minutes.

My review of this store is consistent with the others. Don't believe them when they tell you that you can port your number over to them from another carrier and use your same phone and it will work as it should. Don't believe them when they tell you that your service is guaranteed when they smile and take your $45 when you try their prepaid service for the first time. Don't believe them when they show you that your calls will go out that when you get home it will be the same. But when you leave and find out 1) yes you can call home to Mama - simple call- and all is hunkey dorey, but your 3 gigs of intranet are no good because your internet won't work, 2) your voice mail won't work despite the instructions they gave you to set it up, 3) it won't recognize touch tone so you are screwed if you call any number requiring that, and 4) don't believe them when you go back to the store and they tell you what an easy fix that is in one breathe and in the next one tell you your phone is still locked with your previous carrier - they just forgot that all-important detail when you offered them $45 in cash to get their pre-pay and the money looked too good to tell you it would not work ...cause even if your service still has days left you paid for...your phone won't work beyond a very simple phone call... even if it is a smart phone with full working capabilities with your previous carrier...you are the one that got screwed....don't think AT&T has changed as far as customer service and guaranteed satisfaction..cause it has not and never will.... HEADS UP EVERYONE!!!!!!
