Anna, one of the managers accosted me today while I was standing in the store observing product to make a purchase. She has a very aggressive attitude, is extremely rude and needs to go to some sensitivity training. Her treatment of me felt like a racial issue she has.

Rude pharmacy! I would give no star to pharmacy. She is just plain rude! Who knows more about a person's health? A Person's primary Dr. Or a  Pharmacist? Rude to the elderly people and its so sad! In front of everyone! I do want to say store staff is friendly! But go to the pharmacy it's like a whole other rude world!!!

If anyone that is in charge of CVS pharmacies is reading this, please send help to this pharmacy. Here are the things that they have done to me repeatedly over the past 3 years; receive prescriptions that were supposed to be ready in 5 hours and not fill them until I arrive 15 hours later. Text me saying specifically that all my prescriptions are ready, and then I arrive and some of them are not. Also, the staff have been very rude when I call to ask if they can confirm that my prescription is physically ready to be picked up and doesn't just say that in the system. I don't know what they heck is going on over there, but the service has been consistently poor for the whole 3 years I have been using this pharmacy.

I had an emergency refill of one prescription for 4 days worth done here. They proceeded to request all my prescriptions and fill them. I told them in person that I did not want all of my prescriptions filled and could they please put them back. They said they would. Then, they did not. I've called over several days now and sit on hold for 5 minutes only to be hung up on repeatedly. They are still trying to refill my prescriptions even though I only asked for one to be filled that one time. It is now causing problems with my insurance's pharmacy and they keep telling me they will cancel the prescription in X days only to then reextend it. Since I can not reach anyone I am hoping some day they decide not to re-extend it. I highly recommend you use any pharmacy but this one.

Worse customer service ever!! I am glad that the pharmacy is open 24 as it’s needed but the people in the pharmacy need to work on their customer service. I would give them minus stars if possible. People need to start leaving their fuchi face at home, you’re there to provide support. I am pretty sure we don’t go to irritate you. We go because we need help. Have in mind without us sick people who need meds you wouldn’t have a job.

Not even a star! The manager named JENNIFER is very rude and unprofessional she is even lying about our prescription not being cancel but we get a txt for cancelation and she don't have the right to do that! Call twice and same person answer with the same rude attitude!

Someone need to fire the entire staff n put in ppl that are willing to do the job. And answer the DAM Phone wat is the point to call a pharmacy that won't answer. How do we get our doctors to call and confirm the refill if they don't answer the phone. I get it you all hate ur job... quit then !!!!! Ppl will continue to give them bad reviews and they will continue to completely suck at there JOB !!!!

Great guy work here

This is literally the worst pharmacy in Monterey County. Do not use. The only reason they even have customers is because they are a 24-hour location. They are rude, lazy, inhumane, liars with a horrible reputation and filthy pharmacy area. I don't even understand how they pass inspection/keep a license. They let the phone ring and ring even if they aren't busy, it is impossible to reach them by phone, even if you're a physician. I repeat DO NOT USE.

Went to buy an item and two cashiers were not wearing their masks property. One had the mask just over his chin and the other would move his mask down every time he spoke to a customer. While I was in line a third cashier asked if a customer had a mask and told that customer not to come in without one on. This is absurd, how is this cashier going to tell a customer that if the employees don’t even know how to wear one correctly.
